Additional information on training, methods, etc.

Logistics Assessment:
An initial questionnaire allows the trainer to assess each trainees level of knowledge in order preparation, logistics, and related vocabulary. This assessment determines the learners level and allows the teaching approach to be adapted to best meet their needs.

Mathematics assessment:
A basic questionnaire covering essential operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages, percentages, area and volume calculations) is used to assess trainees skills. These concepts, which are essential in the logistics sector, enable us to identify areas for improvement and ensure that training is personalized and effective.

The basics of logistics and order preparation:
This module covers the theoretical basics of logistics, including specific vocabulary, the use of professional equipment, the stages of the logistics chain, and the different methods of order preparation (picking). Trainees also learn how to manage essential documents, such as those relating to the receipt, shipment, and preparation of goods, as well as how to apply concepts of packaging and product counting.

Soft Skills / Internship Preparation:
This module prepares interns to integrate into a professional environment through coaching on business communication, teamwork, and interaction with experienced professionals. The trainer emphasizes the interns self-confidence and legitimacy in their career path, valuing their personal experience as a source of strength and resilience.

IT skills enhancement:
Many trainees are proficient in using smartphones but encounter difficulties with basic IT tools. This module offers a refresher course on using computers, including managing email accounts, searching the Internet, and the basics of Microsoft Office. These skills are essential in the logistics sector for the day-to-day management of administrative and operational tasks.

Independence, CVs, and Job Search:
The main objective of this module is to improve the “employability” of trainees by providing them with the tools they need to search for jobs effectively. The trainer helps participants create their own resumes using simple online tools. At the same time, coaching is offered to optimize job searches and prepare for job interviews, with an emphasis on strategies for combating discrimination.

Hello Pierre, today we finished our internship. It went very well from start to finish. We thanked the manager, Ms.******, for her warm welcome and kindness. We also thanked the team members for their support during the internship. We asked the team to take a photo with them, so we could have a nice souvenir of a great internship.

Good evening, Mr. Pierre, I hope you are well. I wanted to let you know that my appointment went well, thank God. I got the contract, which I signed for one month for now, just to see if I have any problems during that month. If everything goes well, I will be given a 3-month contract and then a 6-month contract, God willing. I followed all your advice to the letter and, thank God, it worked!
