Migralink

Migralink is a training program that aims to reduce the digital divide and equip participants with the tools they need to better navigate everyday life and online administrative procedures. Designed for people with little or no computer experience, this program focuses on the use of smartphones, computers, and essential applications to promote autonomy and confidence in the use of modern technologies.

Through interactive workshops, participants learn how to master practical tools such as the keyboard and mouse, file management, and the use of Google applications. Special attention is paid to common administrative needs, such as accessing online services via It’sMe, MyMinfin, or municipal platforms. By creating an inclusive and accessible learning environment, Migralink helps participants acquire the digital tools they need to overcome everyday challenges.

By promoting greater mastery of technology, Migralink is part of a process of social and professional empowerment, offering each participant an opportunity to fully integrate into an increasingly digitalized world.

The Migralink program offers structured and progressive learning, with the following objectives:

  • Learn the basics of computer science:
    • Using the keyboard and mouse.
    • File management and navigation in the Windows environment.
  • Strengthening online skills:
    • Safe Internet browsing.
    • Google account management (Gmail, Google Drive, GDocs).
    • Understanding the basics of e-government.
  • Facilitating access to digital services:
    • Discover tools such as Itsme, MyMinfin, and municipal platforms.
    • Making online payments and managing administrative documents.
  • Developing digital autonomy:
    • Learn how to organize files, use secure passwords, and recognize online dangers (phishing, misinformation, etc.).

By offering learning tailored to each level, Migralink supports its participants in their transition to effective and confident use of digital tools, while enabling them to gain independence in their daily and professional lives.
