Hospi’Jobs is a flagship program of Le Monde des Possibles, designed to promote the rapid inclusion of migrants in the Belgian job market. Accredited as a Centre d’Insertion Socio-Professionnelle (CISP) and the APVE FOREM, This project is based on a two-pronged approach: job-oriented French as a Foreign Language (FLE) training and professional immersion in the sectors of bio-cleaning, logistics, and catering in a hospital environment.
This four-month course combines 388 hours of theoretical classes, practical workshops, and internships in hospitals or nursing homes. The main objective is to enable participants to master the specific vocabulary related to these fields, develop their technical and social skills, and gain a better understanding of multicultural work environments.
This program goes beyond technical training. It supports learners in developing the soft skills that are essential for successful integration: intercultural communication, emotional management, and self-confidence. In addition, an internship preparation module, focused on autonomy and inclusion, enables participants to look ahead to their professional future with confidence.
Hospi’Jobs also meets the specific needs of the Belgian hospital sector, which often faces a shortage of skilled labor, while offering beneficiaries a path to social empowerment. Partnerships with institutions such as the University Hospital of Liège and the MontLégia Community Hospital guarantee a high-quality professional environment for internships and training.
The Hospi’Jobs program stands out for its comprehensive approach, combining theory, practice, and personalized support. The objectives include:
- Acquire specific language skills: Take FLE courses geared toward specific professions, tailored to the requirements of bio-cleaning, catering, and logistics in a hospital setting.
- Develop interpersonal skills: Learn to communicate effectively in a multicultural and professional environment.
- Strengthen technical skills: Receive training in specific practices in the sector, such as cleaning in hospitals, meal management, and equipment handling.
- Promoting professional autonomy: Complete an internship in a hospital or nursing home to apply what you have learned in a real-world setting and familiarize yourself with the demands of the profession.
- Encouraging social integration: Offering intercultural modules and soft skills training to help participants adapt to their new professional environment.
With Hospi’Jobs, each participant receives personalized support to build a solid career plan and integrate into the job market on a long-term basis.
