The legal service specializing in immigration law at Le Monde des Possibles provides information on issues relating to immigration law, as well as individual assistance with legal issues that foreign nationals may encounter, such as obtaining a residence permit, family reunification, civil status, nationality, etc.
The legal department offers support to people in exile and guides them through the complex procedures they face.
Nationality, application for international protection, renewal of a residence permit, access to the labor market, etc.
This low-threshold service is coordinated with the other services and activities offered by Le Monde des Possibles: the socio-legal service benefits from the services of interprètes Univerbal, sponsorship of projet Un Deux Nous, the range of training courses, activities, and services offered by Le Monde des Possibles and its partners.
To address the digitization of administrative procedures, Le Monde des Possibles has a Digital Public Space that is accessible without an appointment, and a series of introductory and advanced modules on new technologies.
The legal department of Le Monde des Possibles has been granted ILI accreditation by the Walloon Region.
