EVOLVE (European Values of Social Life and Vocational Integration) is an Erasmus+ project that aims to strengthen the social inclusion and economic integration of migrants in Europe. Through a strategic partnership bringing together experts from Belgium, Austria, Norway, Malta, and Spain, EVOLVE explores how European values can be leveraged to promote integration.
The project develops practical tools and innovative approaches to meet the needs of migrants. Among these initiatives, a comparative analysis of intercultural values, an interactive digital platform, and field visits facilitate access to the labor market while promoting cultural diversity. These efforts are complemented by personalized guidance and mentoring programs, which help participants navigate their new socioeconomic context effectively.
By placing European values at the heart of its work, EVOLVE promotes an inclusive and collaborative vision of integration, where every individual finds their place in a fair society that respects differences.
The EVOLVE project, comprising five partners from Austria, Belgium, Norway, Malta, and Spain—all with solid expertise in migrant career guidance, counseling, and VET systems—offers a structured approach to supporting migrants in their social and professional inclusion. Its main objectives include:
- Analyzing intercultural values: Studying European values in different partner countries to understand their role in integration.
- Create an innovative digital platform: Provide interactive learning tools to guide migrants through their integration process.
- Facilitating field experiences: Organizing visits to professional settings to familiarize participants with European work environments.
- Strengthening professional skills: Offering personalized guidance and mentoring programs to prepare migrants for entering the job market.
- Promoting social inclusion: Using cultural, sporting, and artistic activities to build bridges between communities and encourage intercultural exchanges.
Through these initiatives, EVOLVE contributes to building a more inclusive society by aligning the individual goals of migrants with the values and opportunities offered by Europe.
