CISP &#8211; Center for Social and Professional Integration<\/h4>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/centres-dinsertion-socioprofessionnelle\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"168\">Le Centre d&#8217;Insertion Socioprofessionnelle (CISP)<\/a><em> <\/em>Le Monde des Possibles, located on Rue des Champs, supports people who are distant from the job market in their efforts to integrate into society and the workforce. Through channels such as <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/en\/formations\/hospijobs\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"277\">Hospi\u2019jobs<\/a> <em> <\/em>and <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/en\/formations\/redemarts\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"278\">Redem\u2019Arts<\/a>, Participants can take practical training courses in catering, cleaning, hospital logistics, and digital arts. These courses, supported by partners such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chuliege.be\/jcms\/c_15605575\/chu-de-liege\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CHU<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chc.be\/Etablissements\/Clinique-CHC-MontLegia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CHC MontL\u00e9gia<\/a>, enable participants to develop skills that are in demand on the job market while benefiting from individualized coaching, including in companies.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEach stage of the training program is designed to support quality employment for participants, with personalized support in the learning company.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The CISP&#8217;s activities are reinforced by its coordination with our other accreditations. Local Integration Initiative (ILI) \u2013 Legal and citizenship components<\/h4>\n\n<p>The Local Integration Initiative (ILI) of Le Monde des Possibles, located in Poti\u00e9rue, is being rolled out through two complementary components: the <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/initiative-locale-dintegration-volet-juridique\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"263\">soutien juridique<\/a><em> <\/em>and the <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/initiative-locale-dintegration-volet-fle-et-citoyennete\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"169\">formation citoyenne<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p>The legal component offers specialized support in immigration law, helping participants navigate administrative and legal complexities, enabling them to better understand and defend their rights. <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>At the same time, the citizenship component focuses on learning French and citizenship training, which are key elements for inclusion. The courses <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/francais-langue-etrangere-fle\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"266\">Fran\u00e7ais Langue \u00c9trang\u00e8re (FLE)<\/a> <em> <\/em>are designed to equip participants with the language skills needed to function in Belgian society, both socially and professionally. In addition, the outre, <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/atelier-dorientation-citoyenne-aoc\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"268\">ateliers d\u2019orientation citoyenne (AOC)<\/a>, as well as modules for <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/formation-a-lintegration-citoyenne-fic\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"267\">Formation \u00e0 l\u2019Int\u00e9gration Citoyenne (FIC)<\/a>, provide a framework for better understanding citizens rights and responsibilities. <\/p>\n\n<p>Together, these two components of the ILI create a comprehensive and coherent support program. ESS &#8211; Social and Solidarity Economy<\/h4>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/economie-sociale-et-solidaire\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"171\"><strong>L\u2019\u00c9conomie Sociale et Solidaire <\/strong>(ESS)<\/a> supports entrepreneurial projects such as <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/univerbal\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"138\">Univerbal<\/a>, our community interpretation service. Univerbal helps both to facilitate the social and professional integration of interpreters and to improve access to public services for people who do not yet speak French.  Univerbal offers continuing education for interpreters and helps them advance their professional skills, particularly through the University of Mons. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u201cThese social economy initiatives also help to respond to a highly protectionist labor market in Wallonia by supporting the development of entrepreneurial projects by people of foreign origin.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The social and solidarity economy is closely linked to our other activities : <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/education-permanente\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"167\">l\u2019\u00c9ducation Permanente (EP)<\/a> helps identify discrimination in the labor market, while the <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/initiative-locale-dintegration-volet-juridique\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"263\">soutien juridique<\/a><em> <\/em>and the <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/initiative-locale-dintegration-volet-fle-et-citoyennete\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"169\">comp\u00e9tences linguistiques<\/a><em> <\/em>take place upstream of the entrepreneurial projects themselves. Digistart &#8211; Reducing the digital divide<\/h4>\n\n<p>Digistart, located on Rue des Champs, is a program at the heart of Le Monde des Possibles dedicated to bridging the digital divide with practical training courses such as \u201cBasic Computing\u201d and \u201cCanva.\u201d <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u201cDigistart enables many MDP (Monde des Possibles) interns to learn and improve their digital skills and meet their specific training needs.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>These training courses contribute to the empowerment of participants in their daily lives, whether it be in finding employment, accessing public services, or participating in civic and cultural life. EP &#8211; Continuing Education<\/h4>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/education-permanente\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"167\"><strong>L\u2019\u00c9ducation Permanente <\/strong>(EP)<\/a>, Located on Rue Poti\u00e9rue and Rue des Champs, the organization is characterized by a cross-cutting and critical approach aimed at empowering participants. By helping them understand power structures and identify the systemic discrimination that affects their daily lives, the EP fosters collective awareness.  Through participatory teaching methods, she collaboratively develops both knowledge and practices with the participants. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u201cBeyond learning, Continuing Education is a space for critical reflection where the tools for understanding and transforming the world around us are forged.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Continuing Education plays a central role in complementing the various MDP (Monde des Possibles) accreditations, providing a framework for participants and colleagues to explore and affirm the association&#8217;s values and its vision for society. It supports cross-disciplinary collaboration between accreditations, each operating according to its own standards, while enriching the association&#8217;s social integration and inclusion practices <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/centres-dinsertion-socioprofessionnelle\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"168\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CISP<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/initiative-locale-dintegration-volet-juridique\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"263\">l\u2019ILI<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/economie-sociale-et-solidaire\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"171\">l\u2019ESS<\/a> <em> <\/em>through continuous critical reflection.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_pageagrement006_possibles.org_.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1785\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_pageagrement006_possibles.org_.png 1200w, https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_pageagrement006_possibles.org_-768x576.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example of coordination between approvals: decent work<\/h2>\n\n<p>Access to decent employment is one of the priorities of Le Monde des Possibles, as it is an essential lever for the socioeconomic inclusion of people of foreign origin. The path to quality employment is often fraught with obstacles, particularly for those who face challenges related to language, technical skills, or legal status. To meet these specific needs, we have developed an integrated approach in which each accreditation plays a complementary role. Example:    <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list custom-list\">\n<li>French as a foreign language (ILI) courses address crucial topics such as access to quality employment, employment contracts, and professional integration programs. They help participants develop the language skills necessary to enter the job market while enabling them to identify and overcome the specific obstacles they may encounter in their search for decent employment. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Center for Socio-Professional Integration (CISP) collaborates with \u201clearning\u201d companies that are sensitive to the specific challenges faced by migrants. Together with Le Monde des Possibles and the Institute for Research, Training, and Action on Migration (IRFAM), these companies work together to develop tailored solutions to facilitate internships and access to employment for participants. These partnerships, particularly with institutions such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chuliege.be\/jcms\/c_15605575\/chu-de-liege\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CHU<\/a>  <em> <\/em>and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chc.be\/Etablissements\/Clinique-CHC-MontLegia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CHC MontL\u00e9gia<\/a>, open up concrete opportunities in the logistics, cleaning, and catering sectors in hospitals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) enables the development of meaningful economic activities that meet the specific needs of participants. These activities, which are true sources of social innovation, generate income that is redistributed through shared governance mechanisms. A concrete example is the interpreting service. <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/univerbal\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"138\">Univerbal<\/a>, where social interpreters have identified, thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/education-permanente\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"167\">l\u2019\u00c9ducation Permanente (EP)<\/a>, discrimination in the labor market.
