{"id":3456,"date":"2024-06-21T09:42:46","date_gmt":"2024-06-21T07:42:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/?post_type=agrements&#038;p=3456"},"modified":"2026-03-17T10:02:27","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T09:02:27","slug":"cisp-center-for-social-and-professional-integration","status":"publish","type":"agrements","link":"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/en\/agrements\/cisp-center-for-social-and-professional-integration\/","title":{"rendered":"CISP &#8211; Center for social and professional integration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Employment of migrants: current situation and challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>According to a recent study by the European Migration Network, \u201cThe effective integration of migrants into the host society is currently a major challenge for Europe and is crucial to the successful management of migration.\u201d According to the International Organization for Migration, more than 250 million people live in a country other than the one in which they were born, representing 3% of the human population. As of January 1, 2020, 37 million residents\u2014whether or not they had acquired the nationality of their country of emigration\u2014were born outside the member countries of the European Union out of a total population of 447 million, corresponding to 8.3% of the total population of the Union.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Just as much as social inclusion, economic inclusion is a crucial process for migrants: finding employment stabilizes individuals&#8217; financial resources, but also helps them build a social identity and achieve a certain degree of autonomy in their new life. <strong>However, people of foreign origin, particularly those from developing countries, are proportionally less represented among the working population in OECD countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>There are many obstacles that may explain this observation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Insufficient language skills:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social deskilling linked to the recognition of diplomas and qualifications:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training courses that do not correspond to the specific needs of the target audience:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The intersectionality of certain migrant profiles:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discrimination in the job market:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethnic stratification of the labor market:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of a social and professional network in a new context:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barriers related to the recognition of permanent residence status and difficulties related to the migration process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Together with its partners, The CISP accreditation from &#8220;Le Monde des Possibles&#8221; aims to help overcome these obstacles by developing methods tailored to adults, differentiated according to the needs of participants. These methods encourage their active participation and involvement throughout the training process. Social support and personalized educational follow-up are guaranteed throughout the program.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The social and professional integration we offer as part of the CISP can be coordinated with our <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/francais-langue-etrangere-fle\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"266\">programmes d\u2019apprentissage linguistique (FLE)<\/a><em> <\/em>and <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/formation-a-lintegration-citoyenne-fic\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"267\">formation citoyenne<\/a> from our <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/initiative-locale-dintegration-volet-fle-et-citoyennete\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"169\">agr\u00e9ment d\u2019Initiative Locale d\u2019Int\u00e9gration (ILI)<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mission and objectives <\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding quality work\u2014empowering participants through training and internships in companies.<\/h3>\n\n<p>The Socio-Professional Integration Center for Training and Integration (D\u00e9FI) accreditation includes courses, practical exercises, and, in some cases, internships. Two main tracks are currently available: <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/en\/?post_type=formations&#038;p=3547\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"277\">Hospi\u2019Jobs<\/a> <em> <\/em>and <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/en\/?post_type=formations&#038;p=3610\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"278\">Redem\u2019Arts<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hospi\u2019jobs<\/strong> work on <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/francais-langue-etrangere-fle\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"266\">Fran\u00e7ais Langue Etrang\u00e8re (FLE)<\/a><em> <\/em>focused on bio-cleaning, catering, or logistics in hospitals and nursing homes. <\/p>\n\n<p>This training takes place in two stages:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list custom-list\">\n<li>An in-person course that combines learning French as a Foreign Language (FLE) with a focus on specific professions and the acquisition of specialized vocabulary. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An immersion stage within a hospital unit at Mont L\u00e9gia CHC or Sart Tilman or a nursing home (job shadowing or tutorat), with cross-functional mediation to ensure good communication and immediate intervention in the event of an incident, in order to facilitate and streamline relations between interns and partner professionals. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"TAMTAM \/ Emploi hospitalier\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yM81RY2MyHU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"mt-8\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Professional training\/basic training<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Each session is spread over 360 hours over 3 months: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list custom-list\">\n<li>Theoretical training: 60 hours <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical training: 150 hours <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hospital internships: 120 hours <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social support: 10 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Redem\u2019Arts <\/strong>: Red\u00e9m\u2019arts training program is designed to introduce participants to audiovisual professions and the advanced use of ADOBE digital tools through creative workshop sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organized to combine theoretical teaching with practical applications, the training program structures its mornings around the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and the collective completion of progressive exercises, which facilitates the students understanding and efficient use of digital technologies. Three sessions are organized each year:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list custom-list\">\n<li>Theoretical training: 90 hours <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical training: 260 hours <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social support: 10 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"cta\"><a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"189\">D\u00e9couvrez toutes nos formations sur la page Formations<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participants<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A program tailored to participants&#8217; needs<\/h3>\n\n<p>Participants are adults seeking employment, whether they have qualifications or not.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/agrements\/initiative-locale-dintegration-volet-juridique\/\" data-type=\"agrements\" data-id=\"263\">Le soutien juridique<\/a>, in particular for the regularization of the administrative status of participants, is available.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Please note that these training courses are exclusively for people registered with the FOREM<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><strong>Hospi\u2019jobs is aimed at adult job seekers, both native and foreign-born, with a partial command of the French language. These modules aim to improve their vocabulary and language skills, particularly for jobs in bio-cleaning, catering, and logistics in hospitals, as well as soft skills.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab Each participant receives personalized support, including practical internships in a hospital setting. \u00bb <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Training <strong>Redem\u2019Arts <\/strong>is aimed at people without training, who are unemployed or long-term job seekers, as well as those who find it difficult to follow traditional socio-professional inclusion training courses. <\/p>\n\n<p>Among the difficulties addressed by Redem&#8217;Arts are problems related to traditional forms of learning. These include reading, writing, transmissive knowledge, expository methods, and fixed, repetitive learning environments. Traditional teaching methods are not always suitable for everyone, so Redem&#8217;Arts offers alternative, more flexible approaches to meet these specific needs.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Finally, Redem\u2019Arts supports participants who may have significant concerns such as homelessness, lack of financial means to meet basic needs, demotivation, as well as legal or administrative problems. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities offered<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A comprehensive and personalized training program<\/h3>\n\n<p>The support programs include theoretical training modules, practical workshops, and internships to facilitate the application of acquired skills in a real-world context. These activities are structured to meet the specific needs of each participant, taking into account their starting level and personal goals.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The educational program at the Center for Socio-Professional Integration (CISP) is structured in several stages for both the Hospi&#8217;jobs and Redem&#8217;Arts courses. <\/p>\n\n<p>These stages include reception and reorientation, signing an educational contract, an initial assessment, individual preparation and training, educational monitoring, social support, internships, evaluation, post-training project, issuance of a certificate of completion, partnerships, and dissemination of results.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hospi\u2019jobs<\/h4>\n\n<p>The program introduces and develops an intercultural approach, with participants discovering the hospital environment through visits to departments in Li\u00e8ge hospitals, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chuliege.be\/jcms\/c_15605575\/chu-de-liege\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CHU de Li\u00e8ge<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chc.be\/Etablissements\/Clinique-CHC-MontLegia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CHC MontL\u00e9gia Li\u00e8ge<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chc.be\/Etablissements\/Unites-centrales-de-production-UCP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&#8217;UCP (Unit\u00e9 Centrale de Production)<\/a>. The program is divided into two sections: Computer Graphics and Photography. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list custom-list\">\n<li><strong>Computer Graphics Section <\/strong>: Participants learn how to optimize visuals for various publications, perform digital enhancements and color corrections, retouch images, and create photomontages. They acquire skills in image colorization, preparing visuals for the web and print, creating graphics, and laying out multi-page documents. Students also learn how to create animated content for the web and mobile devices, as well as video editing. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Photography Section <\/strong>: Participants are trained to produce images that meet commercial and technical requirements, apply concepts of framing, lighting, and depth of field, and reflect artistic culture and sensibility. They use all aspects of photography, from preparation (location scouting, equipment and personnel management) to digital photography. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For more details, you can consult the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leforem.be\/FORMAPass\/offre-prestation\/detail-prestation.html?id=53717&amp;modele=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fiche FOREM de Redem\u2019Arts<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>CISP participants receive comprehensive support that goes beyond professional training and can also include modules on <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/formation-a-lintegration-citoyenne-fic\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"267\">Formation \u00e0 l\u2019Int\u00e9gration Citoyenne (FIC)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/atelier-dorientation-citoyenne-aoc\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"268\">d\u2019Orientation Citoyenne (AOC)<\/a><em>, <\/em>as well as learning about <a href=\"https:\/\/trad.possibles.org\/formations\/francais-langue-etrangere-fle\/\" data-type=\"formations\" data-id=\"266\">fran\u00e7ais langue \u00e9trang\u00e8re (FLE)<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Example of a project carried out by Redem&#8217;arts trainees. The short film \u201cC&#8217;est quoi ton probl\u00e8me?\u201d (What&#8217;s your problem?) was made by students on the Redem&#8217;arts training course. Based on real-life situations, either as victims or witnesses, the group collectively wrote a script to raise awareness of everyday racism. (court-m\u00e9trage)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vl-Yx0E9E2I?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funding and resources<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A program tailored to participants&#8217; needs<\/h3>\n\n<p>We are among the 151 organizations recognized by the Regional Minister of Employment. <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Accreditation as a socio-professional integration center (CISP) entitles the center to financial support from Wallonie in the form of an operating subsidy. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em>The approved CISP receives a subsidy calculated by multiplying the number of approved hours by a single hourly rate. In 2024, this hourly rate is set at \u20ac19.13.  <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em>From 2023, the euro per trainee hour will increase to \u20ac2 per hour of training. This subsidy is managed exclusively by FOREM. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Interns receive a gross hourly allowance of \u20ac2, with the possibility of assistance with travel and childcare expenses. They also learn how to fill out forms, write documents, and develop their knowledge of mathematics and computer science, as well as understand how hospitals and nursing homes operate. <\/p>\n\n<p>Each participant receives individualized support, documented in a logbook and portfolio. These tools enable progress and achievements to be tracked throughout the training program. An evaluation form and career plan assessment are also completed for each trainee.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Internships are formalized by an internship agreement, and each internship is evaluated to verify that educational objectives have been met. Students learn to develop and conceptualize aesthetic visual communications. They master computer graphics tools, coding elements, and the principles of graphic design and typography, enabling them to create high-quality visual productions. <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, Redem\u2019Arts encourages participation in collective and constructive criticism, where trainees read, analyze, and suggest changes to improve the communicative aspects of their own creations and those of others. <\/p>\n\n<p>The results of this program are reflected in the digital productions created by the learners, demonstrating the skills they have acquired.
