Participants acquire the skills they need to find work, defend their rights with government agencies, and stay in touch with family and friends back home. Accredited by PMTIC in 2004, the association has diversified its training courses, ranging from introductory courses to the basics of object-oriented programming in Sirius. Recently, Digistart accreditation has helped to stabilize this policy of reducing the digital divide by working on a range of skills that are essential for navigating a connected world. Together with other partners such as the Wallon network for combating poverty, the association remains vigilant about the digital accessibility of services for those who are most isolated from the internet, certain fundamental services must remain accessible offline, with high-quality human support.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mission and objectives<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Strengthening digital autonomy<\/em><\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n<p>The Digistart program addresses the growing challenges associated with the digital divide by offering basic training in current technologies. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Digistart&#8217;s main objectives:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facilitating socio-professional integration: Training participants in the digital tools essential for accessing professional and social opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquisition of basic skills: Introduce participants to the use of computers, software, and common digital tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapting to new technologies: Preparing learners to adapt to rapid changes in the digital sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage a proactive attitude: Promote continuous learning to maintain sustainable competitiveness and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Participants<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Training to reduce digital inequalities<\/em><\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n<p>The Digistart program is based on the European Union&#8217;s DigComp framework. <a class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unemployed workers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adults who are not subject to compulsory education and wish to improve their digital skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People seeking (desktop, icons, taskbar, folder management, and file explorer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 3: Digital tools (USB flash drive, screen capture, file transfer, compression).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 4: Internet research (browser, search engine, bookmarks).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 5: Online communication (Gmail, Google Drive, password security, online forms).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module 6: Open Office
